- 计划期同尺寸目标的全量 sha256 按 (路径, 大小, 修改时间, inode) 缓存,向导预览 / 复核 / 执行不重复算;
- metadata.resolve_organize 传 3 分钟超时的 signal;
- 季号推断已由解析器统一推定(seasonInferred),补回归用例。

- 同一批视频里文件名标题与作品标题 / 原名 / 别名明显不符(没有足够共同词)的排除为 title_mismatch,不按本作品命名入库;
- 只在同批至少一个文件对得上作品时才判断,剧集只看带 SxxEyy 的文件,用户逐文件指定过的不核;
- title_mismatch 算「本该入库却被排除」:记录部分完成、开待处理、Move 不移除下载任务。

- 收尾判定 NOT_VIDEO 后,已拷 / 搬进库的新文件和它的附属文件移入回收站(登记 trash_item),开待处理;
- 附属文件结果改为跳过 main_failed(不再写成功却不登记);
- 已结束记录重放时补做,可重入;原地入库不动原文件,洗版替换照旧回滚。

- 作品重刮对电影传入该作品已入库的视频,不给同目录别的电影写本作品 NFO;
- 电影目录里有别的作品的视频时海报 / 背景图写 <视频名>-poster / -fanart,不写目录共用的 poster.jpg;
- 图片扩展名按下载到的 MIME,URL 认不出或与内容不符时以内容为准;
- 任务被取消时记录收尾为失败 scrape_canceled,保留已写文件结果。

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 19f7bd0330 fix(download): 下载器离线与下载目录读不到容量开待处理，季包暂停添加后选文件 
- M5:单个下载器连续 10 分钟连不上开 downloader_offline(按实例去重),恢复连接后自动关闭
- M3:下载目录读不到容量按卷开 critical 的 cache_volume_unknown,读到后关闭;面板单独显示
  「下载目录读不到」不再归为等空间;cache.threshold 不再把未知当 0%
- M4:季包 / 多集包 .torrent 暂停添加、磁力用「拿到元数据后停止」,选完文件再恢复;文件清单
  拿不到时留给同步重试,超过 10 分钟整包下载并记 file_list_timeout
- L1:提交 commit 时锁计划复核仍是 reserved,被取消的不写回 submitted,qB 里刚加的任务暂停、
  去掉管理标签并打 <管理标签>-cancelled
- L3:已收单未确认的提交在同步首次看到任务时补调 afterDownloadAccepted
- L4:排队中(queuedDL)的纳管任务一并受阈值暂停
- L6:停用的下载器上还有在下的任务时仍同步这些任务(不接管新任务、不开离线事项)

- scrape_record 状态加 skipped(迁移 0074);目标不在媒体库、库根只登记、作品没有 TMDB id 也没有本地元数据、排队失败时
  留一条挂在整理记录上的「未刮削」记录(同原因只记一次),设置关闭不记;
- 缺省开启 scrapeAfterImport,只对有 TMDB id 或本地元数据的作品排;
- 已结束记录重放与收尾同一口径补排刮削(按整理记录幂等);
- 整理详情「整理后刮削」显示未刮削原因,并列出失败与非预期跳过(缺元数据、认不出集号)的文件。

- 多集文件(文件名 E01-E02 或覆盖多个集单元)按 Kodi 约定在一个 NFO 里每集写一块,MP 只写首集,偏离登记在 nfo-deviations.json;
- 综艺按日期命名的期数按本地季表或 TMDB 季详情的播出日期对上集,写季号、集号与 aired,不再 scrape_no_episode 跳过;
- 认不出集号、集数待确认的跳过让记录记部分完成(已存在 / 没变 / 被人改过仍算完成)。

- 引用改写:代码注释指向在维护的文档,其余注明已删除与 git 位置;清掉原有 6 个失效链接
- README 开头改为当前状态与入口;CHANGELOG 补齐 0.3.8–0.3.14 与工程变更

生产 v0.3.8～v0.3.13 均由 8013196 加工作区修改构建部署，此前未提交；本提交补齐源码，
并含未部署的 v0.3.14 原地入库。中间各版本源码状态未保存，无法逐版拆分，详见
docs/plan/17-full-upgrade.md 与 docs/plan/18-organize-release.md。

- v0.3.8 全面升级：Deno workspace 依赖、Router 8 / Vite 8、camofox 1.18.0 / Node 24、
  PostgreSQL 18.6、备份客户端 18.6、演示 qB 5.2.4
- v0.3.9 媒体整理：分类规则、整理来源与目录快照（0059）、文件管理整理入口

同批审计修复：
- 刮削入队：确认原记录存在后才删重放产生的新记录；写回 run 关联失败时保持 queued，
  由处理器补关联（对齐 MP 先登记、只在入队失败时记失败）
- 识别升级链只在结果更确定时采用，不再用 no_match 顶替原有歧义候选
- bluray_dir 资产以原盘目录本身为刮削根（MP 同做法）
- metadata.resolve_organize 登记到入库排障 Skill 与能力地图
- db/src/types.ts 按迁移重新生成；contracts 整理动作枚举顺序与数据库对齐
- 测试：原地入库用例改为直接查记录表；domain 测试模板补 version
- 前端：通知铃铛弹层与用户菜单统一样式；站点卡片共用卡头、底栏贴底、分页间距

依赖升级证据只提交摘要文件，registry-snapshot.json 移至 .local/（SHA-256 记于文档）。

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 1fcfcac885 feat(browser): keep sessions alive during desktop, takeover and agent use (AG-4) 
camofox reaps a tab after TAB_INACTIVITY_MS (5 min) without API tool calls;
desktop-mode input goes straight to Selkies and screenshots don't count, so
tabs disappeared under the user during takeover.

- BrowserKeepalive (in-process): sessions held by an open desktop WebSocket
  (ref-counted), a human takeover lease, or a running/queued agent run that
  used browser.* get a keepalive every BROWSER_KEEPALIVE_MS (default 120s,
  0 = off). Holds are re-checked each round; release/lease expiry/agent end/
  session close stop it and camofox reaps as usual.
- Keepalive call: camofox 1.17 has no keepalive/touch endpoint and /stats does
  not bump toolCalls; use GET /tabs/{id}/downloads without includeData/consume
  (read-only metadata). Goes through BrowserService.run so restarts or reaped
  tabs self-heal via BR-3 reconnect; no lastAutomationAt, no control needed.
- Runbook browser.md §12, deploy env table, compose env; tests against the
  testkit mock camofox.

io worker 进程内按任务声明的 lane 分文件 / 网络 / 维护三条道,各自并发(缺省 2/4/1)、
各自排队;维护道在文件道或网络道有排队/运行时让路(连续 10 分钟放行一个),调度器内联的
清理/回填/保留期裁剪也走维护道。并发在 设置 → 自动化 → 高级 热生效,env 覆盖;旧
WORKER_CONCURRENCY 映射到网络道。运行状态页按道显示运行中/并发/排队。归属表写进
docs/runbook/dev.md,ci 与注册表逐项核对。

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 1b22bb5131 feat(agent): downloader.list 能力与汇报计数规则(FIX-7) 
智能体原先只能从 site.list 推断下载器,会把没看到汇报成下载器不在系统内。
新增只读能力 downloader.list(下载器与媒体服务器、连通状态、管理的任务数);
原因码表补能力错误、下载盘判定、站点登录与待处理类型,带分类前缀的码按后半段查;
汇报格式加「数量以工具返回为准」。

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 4e0e6712da feat(agent): 选定方案即批准,服务端绑定计划(AGUI-3) 
- agent.propose_options 的方案可带 action(capabilityId + planId)。提出方案时服务端按计划当前的
  payload hash + revision 绑定,并用计划本身生成动作要点(对象、大小 / 文件数)发给界面,不用模型的说法。
- 控制台管理员会话选定绑定了计划的方案时,建一份 scope.via=option 的已批准单次审批(审计 approval.approved);
  执行时授权器 optionApproval 核对能力、计划类型 + ID、payload hash、revision、有效期后放行,用后 consumed,
  不再出第二张审批卡。API Key 作答、超时自动选、计划已变化都不算批准;移动 / 替换文件的整理与发布策略
  (删除、覆盖类)选定后仍单独确认。会话停止时撤销没用掉的这类审批。
- contracts:CAPABILITY_ACTIVITY 给每个能力加 verb / noun(会话进度行的人话计数);agent.plan /
  agent.propose_options 标为 hidden。
- e12 补测试:管理员选定 → 无 approval_requested、审批绑定同一计划并 consumed、换 hash 不放行;
  API Key 选定 → 仍出审批卡。
