AgentRun port renamed AgentRunHandle. B9: contracts AgentRunEvent/AgentRunEventBody/AgentRunEventRow/AgentUsageTotals with row and SSE mapping helpers; agent onEvent receives AgentRunEvent, delivered serially in seq order, firstSeq continues numbering across processes.
