rootandClaude Opus 5.5 adbb9b59a0 docs(storage): Alist 使用与真机验收 runbook,整理 / 文件管理 / MP 对照更新 
- 新增 docs/runbook/storage-alist.md:登记、行为要点、临时 OpenList 容器真机验收步骤、排查
- organize.md 加「Alist / OpenList 存储」;moviepilot-filemanager.md 末节改为已做;
  v3 对照保留 rclone 不照抄、网盘改为 Alist 已接;file-manager-v2 存储切换与目的存储两行更新
- 设计文档补实现落点与偏离;矩阵测试补原地整理与目标已存在替换

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 67f05895d3 feat(files): 行尾悬停露出常用操作图标，面包屑带登记目录类型 
学 MP 文件管理：鼠标悬停或键盘焦点所在行在行尾浮出 2–3 个图标按钮（未入库视频 / 目录：整理、识别、刮削；已入库：打开作品、刷新元数据、重命名；其余：重命名、移动到），带 tooltip 与 aria-label，被状态阻止的灰显写原因；浮出时让出修改时间列；焦点行可 Tab 进入、Esc 回列表；窄屏仍只用 ⋯ 菜单。
面包屑前加「下载目录 / 媒体库」说明段。顺带修正 Shift+F10 菜单定位按行键找行时被 CSS.escape 改坏的问题。

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 b343dddbf6 docs: 清理过程文档,CHANGELOG 补齐 0.3.8–0.3.14 
- 删除 docs/plan 下 00–18 的计划、评审、验收、发布记录与升级证据,docs/spikes 与 spikes 验证代码
  (保留 spikes/movieclaw-src 本地克隆),以及 4 份一次性审查 / 调研;全部可在 ceb66f8 查到
- MP 对照移到 docs/porting/moviepilot-v3-comparison.md;经验教训改为 docs/plan/lessons.md(补第 25 条)
- docs/plan/README.md:文档放哪、当前状态、待办
- 引用改写:代码注释指向在维护的文档,其余注明已删除与 git 位置;清掉原有 6 个失效链接
- README 开头改为当前状态与入口;CHANGELOG 补齐 0.3.8–0.3.14 与工程变更

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 abc69886ea feat(contracts,server,web): files G6–G8 fields and identify S-7 contract 
- G6: FileRoot.pendingCount/pendingPartial for download roots (same rule as the
  unidentified filter, recursive, cached 5 min, invalidated by files.changed)
- G7: FileEntry.parsedHint from parseReleasePath (file + parent dirs); the web
  subline uses it and no longer parses names itself
- G8: FileIdentifyCandidate.posterUrl (TMDB poster_path via adapter and
  catalog.lookup, local entities from metadata.posterPath); thumbnails in the
  identify panel
- S-7 contract: FilesIdentifyResult.remoteTaskId/remotePending,
  MediaServerInventory.partial, EventType identify.completed with
  IdentifyCompletedPayload; identify panel (useIdentifyLive) and organize wizard
  merge remote results by root + path, buffering events that beat the response
