- Files page uses a wide layout (route handle layout:"wide"): no max width,
full-height directory tree docked next to the sidebar, resizable
(200-520px, remembered, double-click resets) and collapsible; mobile keeps
the tree in a drawer.
- GET /files/preview (admin console session only, same path guards as
download): text/NFO with encoding detection (BOM/UTF-16/UTF-8/GB18030/Big5),
subtitles first 200 cues (SRT/VTT/ASS/SSA, PGS timings), .torrent file
list/trackers (passkey masked)/infohash, image dimensions. Reads at most
1 MiB of text; .torrent capped at 4 MiB.
- Download also allows text files, .torrent and avif/gif.

- Section header (h2 + description) and section blocks as h3; unified
block padding and title size
- Global settings forms use label-left / control-right rows, stacked
below md; control width fixed by type (number short, text/select
medium, wide/textarea full)
- Per-block SaveBar pinned at the block end with dirty hint; naming
template saves moved from the header to the bar
- Console shell uses overflow-x-clip so the sticky header and sticky
section nav actually stick; anchor jumps re-align while async content
loads and land below the header
- Section content uses a single minmax(0,1fr) column so wide tables
scroll inside their card instead of widening the page
- useSettings fills missing keys from DEFAULT_SETTINGS so an older
backend no longer crashes the metadata section

Conflicts resolved: routes.ts keeps both /console/status (FE-1) and
/console/search (FE-3); smoke list keeps FE-1/FE-4/FE-5 routes plus the
rules tabs, search results and preferences→rules redirects. Top bar mounts
SearchTrigger and CommandPalette next to the FE-1 inbox bell.

Sidebar becomes 5 groups (overview / resources / subscriptions / organize /
system). Pending items move to a top-bar inbox with badge and grouped
dropdown. Engine panel, schedules and identity pages redirect to the task
page, its plan tab and media overview views; the download plan becomes a
second tab of the download panel. nav.test and smoke cover the new routes.

- Bottom-right FAB (56px, prism ring) with active-run count, pulse and latest
status summary; turns into "collapse" beside the open drawer; hidden on the
Agent page and while the mini dock shows; lifts above bottom floating bars
