- docker-compose.yml 的 postgres 加 shared_preload_libraries=pg_stat_statements、pg_stat_statements.track=top;
  要重建 postgres 容器才生效(docs/runbook/storage.md)
- GET /system/storage 的 db.statements:平均最慢(调用 ≥ 10 次)与调用最多各 5 条;没装扩展 / 没预加载时
  enabled=false 并说明原因
- 运行状态页「存储」:体积最大的表加死元组列,新增「数据库语句统计」
- random_page_cost 4 → 1.1(PG_RANDOM_PAGE_COST):库整个在内存里,缺省值高估随机读

- 保留规则改为声明式(retention.ts 每个任务的 rules),定时任务、立即清理、脚本 dry-run 共用一份条件;
  删得多(≥ 1000 行)的表删完 ANALYZE
- 引擎 run 单独保留期 engineRun(缺省 14 天):只删终态、过期、没被保留中业务任务引用、父 run 已结束的;
  step_attempts 级联,运行元数据 / 事实 / 信号跟随 run(原来按时间直接删,长时间运行的 run 会丢元数据)
- 业务任务被 agent_run / decision 等引用时不删(外键 set null,删了会断开引用)
- 新任务 storage.retention.pipeline(每天 04:40):已投递 outbox 事件(只删无幂等键或一次性幂等键)、
  识别尝试(每条资源留最近 3 次)、已识别且资源仍绑定作品的待识别条目(忽略 / 归档不删)、
  站点快照(每站最近一次成功的列表快照保留)
- settings.storage.retentionDays 追加 engineRun / outboxEvent / resolutionAttempt / identityResolved /
  siteSnapshot(旧库按缺省补),设置页「系统 → 数据保留」显示
- scripts/db-retention.ts:缺省 dry-run 输出每张表将删行数,--apply 执行,--only 选目标
- 测试:各表按规则删、被引用 / 未结束的不删、dry-run 与删除一致、分批;EXPLAIN 确认改写后的查询走索引

- 别名 / 资源标题模糊匹配原来写 similarity(x, q) >= t,函数调用用不上 trigram 索引;改为
  x % q and similarity(x, q) >= t(% 缺省阈值 0.3 不高于各处阈值,结果相同)。source_release 标题搜索
  在部署规模(8440 行)从约 75 ms 降到 0.7 ms
- 调度器每 15 秒的巡检回填原来整扫 scheduled_job_run:迁移 0089 加部分索引 scheduled_job_run_harvest_idx
- 迁移 0089 删除没有任何查询会用到的 content_unit_air_date_idx;镜像带 pg_stat_statements 时建扩展,
  没有或权限不够时跳过,不让迁移失败
- gen:types 跳过扩展自带的视图(public.pg_stat_statements)

- 刮削布局新角色 clearlogo:电影写影片目录 clearlogo.png、剧集写剧集根目录,库根 / 平铺电影 <视频名>-clearlogo.png;
  覆盖方式与 hash 规则同其它图片
- 布局金样差分登记偏离 tmdb_clearlogo;mock TMDB 支持 logos 与 /images

  榜单 / 热门 / 每日放送 6 小时(空 1 小时)、人物 / 图片 90 天;取值来自 storage.cacheTtl,
  追加 tmdbListHours / tmdbListEmptyHours / imageDays / metaDetailDays / metaMissDays,metaSearchDays 缺省改 7 天
- TMDB 客户端共享缓存端口加 fetch(带请求类别与空结果判定),服务端整条读取交给 MetadataCache;
  识别缓存、douban.request / bangumi.request、douban.subject / bangumi.subject、meta.subject_miss、discover.match 都走这一层
- 豆瓣 / bgm 条目只在「不存在」时记查无,网络失败 / 被拦不缓存(本进程冷却 30 分钟)
- 关注中作品(isEntityWatched 口径,含选中的剧集组)的 TMDB 条目写入 pinned、命中续期
- 各进程启动 LISTEN 失效通知并每分钟把命中计数写 cache_stat;GET /cache/regions 给元数据 region 带近 7 天命中统计

- 两级:L1 进程内存(按 region 限条数的 LRU、5 分钟)+ L2 PG kv_cache;读 L1 → L2 → 源,写两级
- 迁移 0086:kv_cache 加 fresh_until(过期先用旧值的宽限期)与 pinned(LRU 淘汰跳过);新表 cache_stat 按天 × region 汇总命中
- stale-while-revalidate:宽限期 = TTL 的 50%(上限 7 天),旧值先返回、同 key 后台只刷一次,刷新失败继续用旧值并记警告
- 同进程同 key 并发只回源一次;回源抛错不缓存;PG 读写失败按未命中 / 不写处理
- PgCache.delete / clear 发 pg_notify(umt_cache_invalidate),listenCacheInvalidation 收到后丢 L1;监听在线才启用 L1,断线停用、重连后整体清空
- PgCache.get 只认新鲜条目,getEntry 带回旧值;renew 只续新鲜条目并可标 pinned

- 服务端 HookRegistry:按注册顺序执行、rewrite / intercept 两类、单钩子超时与异常隔离、无注册零开销;
  ServerModule 增加 manifest 与 registerHooks,bootstrap 装配 ctx.hooks

真正入库取决于媒体服务器有没有扫到,本工具只负责整理(元数据、NFO 与图片、按规则归到目录)。
界面与面向用户的服务端文案里「已入库 / 未入库 / 部分入库 / 入库失败 / 入库中 / 入库后 / 原地入库…」
改为「已整理 / 未整理 / 部分整理 / 整理失败 / 整理中 / 整理后 / 原地整理…」;文件管理快速筛选「已整理」、
目录副行「n 个已整理 / 未整理」、季卡片「已整理 x/y」。代码标识符不改,「Emby 已有」这类媒体服务器状态保留。
glossary 加「整理」口径条目;check:copy 拦处理状态语境的「入库」搭配,其它线待替换的文件暂列 TERM_PENDING。

- 整理记录「需要处理」:列表 attention 筛选与统计同口径(没被后来的整理取代,且有未关闭事项或失败 / 部分完成未忽略),
  记录带 attention(原因类别、精简事项、能否让智能体识别);忽略端点记 attention_cleared_at(迁移 0078)并关闭关联事项
- 识别失败(organize_identity)按 agent.autoIdentifyOrganize 自动派一次识别会话;新能力 organize.assign_identity
  指定作品后复用人工指定的钩子路径自动重新整理,只放行本事项的识别会话与用户对话;整理记录里可手动「让智能体识别」
- GET /attention:整理需要处理条数、等你批准的智能体操作、系统健康问题(铃铛 / 首页 / 运行状态共用)
- 原因码文案不再指向待处理;命令面板「待处理」换成「需要处理的整理记录」

- 新增 GET /agent/usage:今天与最近 7 天按会话类型(对话 / 巡检 / 后台调查 / 整理识别 / 子会话)的次数、token 与费用
- 设置 agent.autoIdentifyOrganize(整理识别不到时叫智能体识别,缺省开)一并加在智能体设置里
- runner 里加整理识别会话的能力白名单与调查会话去重键解析(investigationDecisionId)

- 向导执行勾选「同时设为作品的季集结构」时先走 setEpisodeGroup 切换作品再整理
- 测试:organize-episode-structure(SPLIT_COUR_FIXTURE)

对照 MP TorrentHelper.match_torrent：已识别到同一本地作品（或同一 TMDB 身份）的属于、识别到别的作品的不属于；
未识别的先排除音乐 / 游戏 / 软件 / 书分类，再核对类型、年份（剧集按各季首播年份 ±1）、季集范围（TMDB 季列表，
单季集号可按全部季总集数的绝对集号），最后按解析出的中 / 英文名、标题非英文词、副标题非英文词比对作品名、原名、别名。
不属于的不参与筛选与分面，响应里单独给出（unmatched / unmatchedTotal，只在第一页，最多 200 条），
页面在列表最后折叠为「另有 N 条可能不是这部作品」，展开后仍可下载。关键词搜索不做这一步。
用「药屋少女的呢喃」109 条真实结果做样本：只有《迷宫饭》片尾曲专辑和标题写成 S01-S24 的一条被判为不属于。

对照 MP useTorrentFilter：分面选项按实际结果生成，计数为 0 的不再列出（已选的值仍列出，可删除）；
新增季集维度 seasonEpisode（MP season_episode 写法 `S01` / `S01-S02` / `S02 E14` / `S01 E25-E48`），
整季在前、单集在后、季号新的在前，在筛选条最前。旧的季 / 集维度保留（旧链接仍生效，以标签列出）。
搜索结果页与站点资源 Tab 共用这套口径。

标题写成 `Bluray H.264` 这类压制字样、但副标题写「自购自抓自扫」「BDMV」「原盘」「DIY」
「Blu-ray Disc」的，或带 LPCM / PCM 音轨又没有 x264 / x265 / BDRip / 压制说法的，判为原盘。
只在来源是 BluRay（或没写来源但有分辨率）时补判；「原盘压制」「自压」、WEB-DL、Remux、单个视频文件不受影响。
用「药屋少女的呢喃」真实搜索结果补正例与反例。

- spider 适配器:认不出列表 / 详情时先看是不是人机验证页,是就报 challenge(「搜索页需要人机验证」),
  不再报改版;parse_error / challenge 都经 deps.onFailureSample 交出脱敏样本(前 64 KB,去掉个人信息块、
  passkey / authkey / uid / 用户名 / Cookie / 邮箱)
- classifyChallengePage 也认门页(浏览器过挑战时不再把门页当已通过)

- 测试 harness 支持装配 agent 模块;pg 测试覆盖保存目录选项与指定身份下载

关联到本地作品的资源按作品收录版本的评估口径(硬条件 + 规则组链 + 阶梯,同自动获取的
evaluateCandidate)给出 ruleVerdict:命中第几档 / 不满足哪些维度 / 与库里当前版本相比高几档。
只调用 acquisition-organize 导出的 loadRuleCatalog、slotSpecWithRules、parsedOf、contextOf、
currentFacts;现有版本 pri 按 rulePriOfAsset 同口径在 search 模块里组合。一页最多判定 100 条、
20 个作品,收录版本 / 订阅 / 资源行 / 规则目录批量查一次;没关联作品或没有规则时为 null。

- 同一批视频里文件名标题与作品标题 / 原名 / 别名明显不符(没有足够共同词)的排除为 title_mismatch,不按本作品命名入库;
- 只在同批至少一个文件对得上作品时才判断,剧集只看带 SxxEyy 的文件,用户逐文件指定过的不核;
- title_mismatch 算「本该入库却被排除」:记录部分完成、开待处理、Move 不移除下载任务。

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 dca3012227 fix(identity): 识别缓存不把一次指定扩散给不相容的同名资源,召回详情失败不写负缓存(H2、M8) 
回填只认用户本人的指定,资源没有年份、或作品年份 / 类型与资源不相容时不回填;
读缓存时核对条目与资源的年份(±1,剧集允许更晚)与类型,不相容按未命中处理,
命中后的唯一候选仍经 resolveIdentity 按资源年份 / 类型打分。
TMDB 召回中有候选拉详情失败时,这一轮无匹配不算结论,不写负缓存。
