兰香缘等 26 部:季单元是资源懒建的临时单元,TMDB 集已挂在下面成了正式单元,
季单元没转正,季表丢掉整季,资源全成「元数据未覆盖」。

- 远端路径 /@alist/<id>/<路径>,vfs 统一本地 / Alist 的 stat、列目录、建目录、读写、移动、删除
- 整理矩阵中涉及 Alist 的传输(storage/transfer.ts)与远端 ffprobe(直链只读头)
- 媒体库目录可登记在 Alist 上(不写哨兵,目录可访问即在线);健康检查列出存储实例

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 9fffee16c8 perf(db): 标题模糊匹配改用 % 运算符走 trigram 索引,巡检回填加部分索引,删除无用索引 
- 别名 / 资源标题模糊匹配原来写 similarity(x, q) >= t,函数调用用不上 trigram 索引;改为
  x % q and similarity(x, q) >= t(% 缺省阈值 0.3 不高于各处阈值,结果相同)。source_release 标题搜索
  在部署规模(8440 行)从约 75 ms 降到 0.7 ms
- 调度器每 15 秒的巡检回填原来整扫 scheduled_job_run:迁移 0089 加部分索引 scheduled_job_run_harvest_idx
- 迁移 0089 删除没有任何查询会用到的 content_unit_air_date_idx;镜像带 pg_stat_statements 时建扩展,
  没有或权限不够时跳过,不让迁移失败
- gen:types 跳过扩展自带的视图(public.pg_stat_statements)

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 ad472a1a19 feat(db): 统一元数据缓存层 MetadataCache 
- 两级:L1 进程内存(按 region 限条数的 LRU、5 分钟)+ L2 PG kv_cache;读 L1 → L2 → 源,写两级
- 迁移 0086:kv_cache 加 fresh_until(过期先用旧值的宽限期)与 pinned(LRU 淘汰跳过);新表 cache_stat 按天 × region 汇总命中
- stale-while-revalidate:宽限期 = TTL 的 50%(上限 7 天),旧值先返回、同 key 后台只刷一次,刷新失败继续用旧值并记警告
- 同进程同 key 并发只回源一次;回源抛错不缓存;PG 读写失败按未命中 / 不写处理
- PgCache.delete / clear 发 pg_notify(umt_cache_invalidate),listenCacheInvalidation 收到后丢 L1;监听在线才启用 L1,断线停用、重连后整体清空
- PgCache.get 只认新鲜条目,getEntry 带回旧值;renew 只续新鲜条目并可标 pinned

- 整理记录「需要处理」:列表 attention 筛选与统计同口径(没被后来的整理取代,且有未关闭事项或失败 / 部分完成未忽略),
  记录带 attention(原因类别、精简事项、能否让智能体识别);忽略端点记 attention_cleared_at(迁移 0078)并关闭关联事项
- 识别失败(organize_identity)按 agent.autoIdentifyOrganize 自动派一次识别会话;新能力 organize.assign_identity
  指定作品后复用人工指定的钩子路径自动重新整理,只放行本事项的识别会话与用户对话;整理记录里可手动「让智能体识别」
- GET /attention:整理需要处理条数、等你批准的智能体操作、系统健康问题(铃铛 / 首页 / 运行状态共用)
- 原因码文案不再指向待处理;命令面板「待处理」换成「需要处理的整理记录」

rootandClaude Opus 5.5 cdf62dbf02 feat(scrape): 入库后自动刮削缺省开启,没排上时在整理记录上记「未刮削（原因）」 
- scrape_record 状态加 skipped(迁移 0074);目标不在媒体库、库根只登记、作品没有 TMDB id 也没有本地元数据、排队失败时
  留一条挂在整理记录上的「未刮削」记录(同原因只记一次),设置关闭不记;
- 缺省开启 scrapeAfterImport,只对有 TMDB id 或本地元数据的作品排;
- 已结束记录重放与收尾同一口径补排刮削(按整理记录幂等);
- 整理详情「整理后刮削」显示未刮削原因,并列出失败与非预期跳过(缺元数据、认不出集号)的文件。

- 每次写入在 scrape_record.files[].hash 记 sha256;update 模式只覆盖本工具写过且没被改过的文件,
  被改过的跳过(scrape_user_modified),内容没变不重写(scrape_unchanged),旧记录无 hash 按修改时间兜底;
  迁移 0070 给 scrape_record.mode 加 update,设置缺省改为 update(旧值照旧有效)
- 季 / 集单元缺元数据时按 TMDB id 现取季详情补齐;仍缺跳过(scrape_metadata_missing)并记 partial,不写占位 NFO
- scrapeKindOf 统一作品类型判定,合集 / 其他类作品 NFO 根元素为 <movie>;TMDB 映射按作品类型过滤 entity_type
- 兜底异常记 scrape_internal_error 并保留已写文件结果
- 新增 scheduleEntityRescrape(刮削过的作品延后排 update 重刮,排队记录合批防抖)

- 巡检(挂在"补提交与补入库"):running 且无活跃 verifyAndImport 运行超过 30 分钟的记录以 record:<id>
  重新入队(迁移 0069 记 requeue_count / requeued_at),重投 3 次仍卡住 → 未完成文件记失败、记录收尾、
  开 organize_stalled 待处理
- executeRecord 库根离线 / 建目标目录失败不再抛错耗尽重试:记录保持 running 写原因、开待处理
  (library_root_offline:<根> 复用规划期同一事项),任务按等待收尾;离线记录每 5 分钟重投、不计上限,
  恢复后清原因并关闭离线事项
- 排除的待确认视频统一开 organize_excluded 待处理,记录原因 excluded_unresolved
- Move 后移除 qB 任务抽成 removeMovedDownload:重放已结束记录与巡检都会对 move 成功但未移除的下载任务再试;
  修正"下次同步重试"的误导日志
